Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob Description
As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for supporting lens production by preparing components in a cleanroom environment. Your duties will include producing silicone-based formulations through various materials preparation techniques and mixing protocols, making base bath, cleaning laboratory glassware, and packing material mixing kits. Additionally, you will assist with data acquisition, recording, and management.
Hard Skills

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Aliso Viejo, California.
Work Environment
70% of your time will be spent working in a cleanroom environment, which is air-conditioned but can be dry with some stronger scents. No jewelry, makeup, nails, or fake eyelashes are allowed. The remaining 30% will be in a cubicle handling paperwork. Flexible start times are available, ranging from 6am to 9am, provided the full 8-hour shift is completed. Training hours are from 8am to 4:30pm. Shifts require at least one weekend day of work, with options including Sun-Thu, Sat-Wed, or Fri-Tue. Candidates able to work both weekend days are highly preferred.
