Job Title: Electrical and Gas Distribution Drafter/Designer
Job Description
This role involves joining a dynamic CAD group focusing on electrical distribution group work drafting. The primary project is in support of a major energy contract. Training will be provided initially, followed by progressive responsibilities and an increase in compensation based on performance and skill acquisition.

This is a permanent position and fully on-site in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Compensation:
The position starts with a training rate of $20.26 and a fringe rate of $7. After the training period of 1-3 months, based on performance, the rate increases to $25.33 with an $11.58 fringe rate. Post-training compensation is $27.26 for training sessions and $36.91 once fully trained.
