Mechanical Project Manager | Richmond, VA

Description:

The project manager is responsible for all aspects of the construction project including procurement of materials and subcontractors, management of labor and the project schedule, enforcing safety policies, billing customers and following up on receivables, maintaining accurate projections of job cost, attending all job related meetings and communicating with the customer and field foreman regularly to ensure the project is complete on schedule and within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Education is a nice to have but not required.

Willing to look at anybody that has worked their way up through the field and has the experience needed on commercial projects

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work, with field superintendent and sr PM to create correct logic and flow

Be able to review punch list and ensure timely completion of all defects

schedule owner training as required

Ability to hold close out meetings with superintendent, foreman and estimator to review final cost.

Act as a liaison between CSV and customer base.
