Description:

The BIM Designer will be responsible for creating and managing building information models using Revit software. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. - Develop and manage detailed building information models (BIM) using Revit software. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate design solutions into the BIM model. - Ensure BIM models adhere to company standards, project specifications, and industry best practices. - Coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary design information into the BIM environment. - Prepare detailed construction documents, drawings, and schedules. - Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Revit software updates and industry advancements in BIM technology. - Provide technical support and training to team members as needed. - Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions. - Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and workflows.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Revit in a professional setting. - Proficiency in Revit software, including advanced modeling, family creation, and parameter management. - Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and best practices. - Experience with other BIM-related software (e.g., REVIT, Bluebeam, Navisworks) is required.
