Job Title: Float Phlebotomist
Job Description
As a Float Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood, specimen collection, processing specimens, entering data into the internal LIM system, and labeling and documenting processes. The role involves supporting various clinics by stepping in during staff shortages, such as call-outs or vacations. Your schedule requires flexibility, with potential start times as early as 5:30 AM, and clinic operations lasting until 6 PM. You will primarily cover for staff on vacation for periods up to two weeks and will be based at your home location when not covering elsewhere. Mileage reimbursement is provided for commutes extending 10 miles beyond your home base.
