Job Title: Manufacturing Development EngineerJob Description
Join our team as a Manufacturing Development Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in device assembly design transfer, including process and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), validation, and commissioning activities. You will support the development of manufacturing strategies, equipment user requirements, process design, and characterization studies. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements and scale-up efforts in preparation for product launches. Your role will involve partnering with development resources to ensure design inputs translate effectively to outputs and supporting assembly sites in root cause investigations and troubleshooting. You will also actively participate in device risk analysis and support the development, design, and implementation of assembly equipment, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. Your expertise will be vital in supporting technical aspects of capacity scale-up to meet global product demand.
