Actalent Assistant Director Of Research Administration in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Description:
Responsible for effective staff management
Hiring and orientation, training and development, workflow and performance management
Promotion of an inclusive and innovative work environment.
Support faculty and their lab of researchers with comprehensive pre-and post-award services for a wide range of sponsoring agencies
Collaborate on the development of new pre- and post-award procedures that support policies and initiatives
Provide problem resolution, guidance and or training for comprehensive sponsored and non-sponsored award management, compliance, systems, and reporting
Working with pre and post award
Full life cycle of grant management
Portfolio will include heavy NSF
Managing about 5-6 senior level research administrators
Qualifications:
7+ years minimum of relevant experience
Supervisory experience
Bachelors preferred
Initial 90 days individual will be onsite 5 days a week and from then will transition to a hybrid role
