Actalent Bioprocessing Engineer in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Overview:
- 100% Remote opportunity (preference for EST)
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bioprocessing/Pharmaceutical background preferred.
Preference for candidates with previous experience in process development clinical or commercial scale manufacturing with basic data science skills or an experience in a business analyst or project management role.
Experience leading or supporting process optimization/ continuous improvement projects
Experience understanding business needs and developing novel yet practical solutions to meet those needs.
Some understanding of regulatory and cGMP requirements.
Some experience developing reports and dashboards in data visualization software e.g. Tableau Spotfire or other digital tools e.g. Smartsheet Sharepoint.
Some experience in programming/database compatible languages e.g. R Python SQLdata cleaning/preprocessing software e.g. Alteryx Tableau Prep BI tools/visualization software e.g. Tableau Spotfire Power BI and IDE tools e.g. VS Code Databricks R Studio to manipulate data and draw insights from various data sets.
Ability to manage larger projects independently break down high level projects into smaller incremental tasks and elevate relevant issues to project lead and line management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree mathematics computer science engineering or other quantitative discipline
