Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role requires you to work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgement is required to resolve problems and make routine recommendations. You will not receive instructions on routine work but general instructions on new assignments. Your main duties will include collecting medication lists and drug allergies from patients. You will be on the phone all day, collecting baseline information from patients to get them ready for pharmacist counseling. This includes obtaining payment method, shipping address, emergency contacts, etc. Additionally, you will be tasked with triaging calls all day and directing them to the correct departments. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9-6 EST. This is a hybrid role.
Hard Skills
2+ years of pharmacy operation experience
Certified pharmacy technician in either NC or TX
Reside within an hour of Cary, NC

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Cary, North Carolina and some days remote.
