Job Title: Lab Technician
Job Description
As a Lab Technician, you will monitor product and production activities, ensuring that product quality and plant sanitation meet company standards. Responsibilities include performing QC analyses, lab testing, recordkeeping, collecting samples, and preparing media. You will conduct various analyses such as coliform plate counts, standards plate counts, butterfat, DMC count, and bacterial, and animal drug residue screening. Immediate actions to rectify any deviations from standards will also be part of your duties.
