Job Title: CAD DrafterJob Description
Join our Business Technology team as a BIM/CAD Designer. In this role, you will contribute to documenting production processes, training on workflows, identifying design needs, and executing the work. You will play a key role in extending our BIM/CAD capabilities, aiding in scaling solutions as our organization grows.
Hard Skills
Creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers or designers
Ensuring drawings adhere to industry standards and project requirements
Incorporating changes and revisions to drawings as needed throughout the design process
Maintaining organized documentation of drawings and revisions for future reference
Following established drafting procedures and utilizing CAD software efficiently to produce accurate drawings
Participating in design reviews and meetings to discuss project progress and potential improvements
Soft Skills
Collaborating with engineers, architects, and designers to clarify drawing details and resolve design issues
Communicating effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina and some days remote.
Work Environment
Our work environment provides a flexible schedule with office work for 3 days per week and the option to work from home for 2 days.
