Job Title: Process Control Engineer 3
Job Description
The Process Control Engineer 3 will collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams to assess process technologies based on project requirements, and propose and develop manufacturing blueprint including process flow, equipment/fixture designs, implementation schedules, and validation plans for engineering builds and mass production. This role is responsible for the quality performance, including new development and product quality/cost improvements. The position collaborates with commercial and engineering teams to assess and recommend sources for new product introductions, and supports global facilities; the supply base being managed is largely North American-based (US and Mexico). Key responsibilities include driving supplier quality performance, overseeing the supplier quality team, performing quality system audits, maintaining supplier quality records, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and promoting initiatives to improve quality.

Minimum of 4 years of PPAP, APQP or shop floor experience

Work Site
