Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

In this role, you will be supporting pediatric hematology oncology and gastrointestinal clinical research trials. Your tasks will include enrolling patients, collecting and entering data into the EDC system, answering data queries, cleaning data, and assisting with IRB operations. You will also be responsible for regulatory tasks such as collecting research certifications, maintaining regulatory documents, data management, and IRB submissions. You will communicate with sponsors, monitors, and research personnel to ensure study compliance, and act as a liaison between investigators, research personnel, outside study personnel, and central research administration offices. You will collaborate with the primary investigator, sponsor, and research staff to plan, conduct, and evaluate project protocols, including research subject recruitment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Cleveland, Ohio and some days remote.

Work Environment

You will be working in an office environment and also in a clinic during patient visits. After 90 days, subject to satisfactory performance, you will have the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week.
