Actalent Environmental Scientist in Dallas, Texas

Job Title: Environmental ScientistJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Geologist with a solid background in environmental due diligence, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in regulatory compliance, and the investigation and evaluation of soil and groundwater contamination. You will handle projects that vary in complexity and duration, requiring a deep understanding of TCEQ Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) Program rules, Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) rules, and Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP). Responsibilities include proposal preparation, project strategy development, cost estimating, overseeing complex projects, maintaining budgets, monitoring project performance, client communication and relationship building, liaison work with regulatory agencies, coordinating field activities, writing advanced project reports, analyzing and interpreting analytical data, preparing final reports, completing necessary regulatory reporting, and collaborating with our offices nationwide. Occasional travel for meetings or project oversight is also required.
