Actalent Restoration (Mitigation) Superintendent in Denver, Colorado

Description:

  • We are currently seeking a Restoration (Mitigation) Superintendent with 3+ years of experience managing commercial mitigation projects

  • Minimal travel is required for this role - some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings (overnight travel is rare though)

  • Restoration Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all assigned restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, including but not limited, to vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assistance

  • The Superintendent is also responsible for working closely with occupants and property owners throughout the process to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Projects range from $200,000 to $1M

  • Candidates must be empathetic to emergencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

  • Based out of Southern Denver

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing commercial restoration (mitigation) projects

  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • IICRC certifications in water and smoke restoration, WRT, CHRT, OSHA 10 and 30, and FSRT preferred
