Actalent Restoration (Mitigation) Superintendent in Denver, Colorado
Description:
We are currently seeking a Restoration (Mitigation) Superintendent with 3+ years of experience managing commercial mitigation projects
Minimal travel is required for this role - some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings (overnight travel is rare though)
Restoration Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all assigned restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects, including but not limited, to vendor selection, materials procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assistance
The Superintendent is also responsible for working closely with occupants and property owners throughout the process to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Projects range from $200,000 to $1M
Candidates must be empathetic to emergencies
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Based out of Southern Denver

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience managing commercial restoration (mitigation) projects
3+ years of project management experience
IICRC certifications in water and smoke restoration, WRT, CHRT, OSHA 10 and 30, and FSRT preferred
