Join our team as a Civil Engineer and utilize Civil 3D to create designs for grading/earthwork, erosion control, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and pavement design. Prepare engineering analysis, designs, and calculations for various site development projects. Assist in project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and design review. Field inspections at project sites may be required as needed.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Downers Grove, Illinois and some days remote.
Work Environment
The position is located in Downers Grove and involves working within a civil team alongside survey and environmental teams in an open office space with individual cubicles and dual monitors. Managers and partners have private offices, fostering a collaborative environment. We operate on a hybrid schedule with a typical arrangement of two days at home and three days in the office, adjustable based on individual schedules and needs. This role offers a long-term opportunity to advance into a PM position, manage projects, and mentor junior engineers. You will work on a diverse array of projects, including industrial, multi-family, and K-12/higher education, each at different stages of development.
