Actalent Clinician in Easthampton, Massachusetts

Seeking an experienced Clinician to join the team and provide clinical services to assigned client caseload, including development and implementation of treatment plan and individual and/or group therapy in the clients home. Job Description:

  • Provide clinical services to assigned client caseload including, individual, family therapy thru regular family contact and home visits.

  • Maintains client records; produces reports and documentation for third-party billing and licensing/accreditation requirements; completes reviews with insurance company. Performs all in accordance with established standards and deadlines.

  • Maintains regular contact with client/family collaterals in support client and families need, including treatment planning, team and provider meetings, psychiatric reviews and other team meetings. (as needed)

  • Participate in developing and implementing the ITP goals, objectives and strategies with client, family and collaterals; regularly monitors and assesses client progress toward treatment goals; schedules and facilitate treatment team meetings and case reviews as needed.

  • Maintain regular communication with TT&S worker, TM and other case collaterals regarding treatment and progress of assigned clients.

  • Provide crisis intervention as needed in collaboration with TT&S worker TM and supervisor.

  • Provide clinical oversight and informal supervision to TT&S worker or TM on assigned cases.

  • Attends and participates in trainings and meetings as needed or assigned.

  • Ability to articulate in writing and verbally, theoretically informed case formulation, biopsychosocial assessments and ITPs.

  • Ability to make and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families

  • Continue to maintain and develop own professional competency.

  • Capacity to make use of supervision to refine knowledge and clinical skills.

  • Ability to provide on-call after hours coverage as part of a rotating on-call schedule.

  • If professionally licensed, personally responsible to maintain all professional licenses & certificates, including CANS.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree required

• Eligible for LICSW, LHMC or other clinical license required

• Familiar with trauma informed care.

• Experience working with at risk populations.

• Knowledgeable in mental health and human development.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, need to be flexible to work between 8am-8pm

Will make own schedule depening on case load - expected to work in office at least 2 days per week and minimum 28 hours per week
