Job Title: PharmacistJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy, compounding sterile and non-sterile medications, and directing pharmacy staff involved in mixing, packaging, and labeling medications. You will also dispense medications, counsel nursing facility staff on prescription and over-the-counter medications, and advise physicians on medication therapy. Additionally, you will provide health and wellness advice to nursing facility staff, focusing on topics such as diet, exercise, and stress management, as well as information on durable medical equipment and home healthcare supplies.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Work Environment
Multiple shifts available: 1) 7 days on, 7 days off, working overnight shifts from Thursday to Wednesday, totaling 70 hours (paid for 80 hours). Training includes shadowing for one week on day shifts and three weeks on overnight shifts. 2) Monday-Friday rotating shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. This position requires working 2 out of every 7 weekends, with varying hours. Training will involve rotating through different shifts over 4 weeks.
