Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Senior Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team, support project growth, and lead a team of talented Engineers and Designers. The ideal candidate will oversee the project management, enhance design processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes in our manufacturing setting.

Hard Skills

• Design experience with Inventor or Solidworks

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or Design

• Experience with vault structure

• Ability to review and sign off on drawings

• Knowledge in Sheet Metal, industrial equipment, steel

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience working and leading teams in a fast-paced high-volume engineering Manufacturing Environment

• Expierence as a Mechanical Engineer working within design

• Ability to work as part of a team. Management skills. Problem/situation analysis. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet production quality and quantity metrics

• In–depth knowledge of the production process and the tools and equipment used in the process

• Ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production levels within tight time deadlines and in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment

• Strong background in collaboration with engineering

• Able to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Englewood, Colorado.

Work Environment

On-site manufacturing environment with a focus on team growth and project expansion.
