Job Title: GIS Architect
Job Description
Seeking a GIS Architect with extensive experience in electric, gas, water, or telecom/fiber domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in designing and implementing enterprise software solutions and server-side services. This includes experience in system integrations (OMS, WMS, CIS, SCADA, DMS, AMI, or EAM preferred), and proficiency in documentation, testing, and installation of technical solutions. Experience with Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Linux, Networking, Web Servers, Diagnostic and Troubleshooting is essential. The role also demands expertise in at least one of the following architectural domains: Enterprise Systems, Data Design and Architecture, Integration Architecture, Solution Design, Business Architecture. Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, as well as spatial and non-spatial database design is preferred. The candidate should also have experience in architecting and designing infrastructure and operational support processes, including cybersecurity, cloud solutions (Azure/AWS), and GIS system design/architecture. Additional experience with cross-domain regulation, work management systems, SAP, and Maximo is beneficial. Candidates who may have previously worked as a consultant but now focus on system design are ideal. This role involves working closely with IT stakeholders and requires 25-50% travel.

Work Environment
Hybrid work model, requiring presence 3 times a week in Fort Collins at a large campus. Open to remote candidates who meet all qualifications.
