Actalent Electronics Technician in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We are looking for a skilled technician to join our team! If you have 5+ years of experience in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing analog, digital, and RF/ L-band radios to a component level, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting test procedures using manual and semiautomatic test benches

  • Identifying failures at the circuit card level down to the component level

  • Utilizing soldering skills for component replacement

  • Diagnosing and repairing accurately to meet monthly targets in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required:

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and test code

  • Experience with electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies

  • Proficiency in using advanced test equipment like Spectrum Analyzers and O-scopes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a Military Electronics training program

  • IPC-STD-001 solder training and certification

  • U.S. security clearance
