Healthcare Professionals (Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists)

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists to join our team in Fort Worth Dallas. As valued members of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients. You will contribute to our mission by providing high-quality service and adherence to pharmacy standards.

Responsibilities:

Pharmacy Technicians:

• Assist in filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

• Compound medications, including ointments and specialized formulations.

• Verify prescription details and dosages by communicating with nursing staff.

• Label prescriptions with accurate information and instructions.

• Follow pharmacy policies and procedures to maintain compliance and patient safety.

Pharmacists:

• Review and interpret prescription orders.

• Dispense medications accurately, ensuring correct dosage and instructions.

• Provide patient counseling on medication usage and potential side effects.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.

• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements:

Pharmacy Technicians:

• 1-3+ years of experience in a pharmacy or related setting.

• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication handling.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with healthcare professionals.

• Salary: Up to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Pharmacists:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.

• Current pharmacist license in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their indications, interactions, and contraindications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Salary: Up to $65 per hour, commensurate with experience.
