Actalent EHS Coordinator in Grafton, Wisconsin

We are looking for an EHS Coordinator with a strong passion for safety to join a growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with EHS programs including:

  • ISO 14001

  • OHSAS 18001/45001

  • All government agencies and related regulations

  • Complete (or overseeing completion) of required regulatory reports to WIDNR

  • Guide and promote safe work performance by developing proactive EHS systems, policies, and procedures

  • Generate EHS performance metrics to measure performance progress and to evaluate EHS programs effectiveness

  • Conduct or arrange to have conducted training for all employees

  • Report, monitor, and assist in correcting environmental, health and safety problems/issues

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related work experience in a manufacturing industry

  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate root causes and implement solutions

  • Ability to understand regulatory/compliance obligations

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office suite

  • Knowledgeable of ISO 14001 / 45001 requirements and standards
