Job Title: EstimatorJob Description
Join our team as an Estimator, focusing on ground-up high-end residential and light commercial projects. Your role will include preparing and performing accurate labor and material takeoffs, monitoring bid progress, and following up on subcontractor and supplier bid requests. You will compile organized bids, assist in assembling project budgets, read and review blueprints/plans, and prepare cost estimates for change orders. You will also collaborate with project managers, estimators, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in NA, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
100% in office with occasional flexibility for hybrid work. You will be part of a team that includes another drafter, with minimal client interaction, mainly working with project managers.
