Actalent Construction Quality Control Manager in Hanford, California

Description:

As the Construction Quality Control Manager, you will oversee all aspects of quality control for the construction department, ensuring compliance with all plans, specifications, regulations, and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with engineers, manufacturers, operations and maintenance to continuously refine the standards expected and enforce the policies in the quality control program.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

a. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related professional certificate in quality management. b. Proven experience in the construction quality control or assurance with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry. c. In depth knowledge of construction process including methods, materials, techniques and relevant building codes and regulations. d. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work on a team and manage conflict. e. Proficiency in used construction project management or quality control software.
