Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects by providing leadership, planning, and overall management. This role involves managing local projects in Holland, including multiuse buildings, schools, churches, and industrial projects, with budgets up to $20 million. The Project Manager will lead superintendents, enforce safety, represent the company in front of project owners, and manage budgets, schedules, and materials. The position requires regular travel to job sites.
