Actalent Civil Engineer (DoD) in Honolulu, Hawaii
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Hawaii. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in water and sanitary sewer systems, and will either have or be able to obtain a Tier 3 Secret Clearance. This position requires the candidate to actively live in Hawaii or relocate within a month and involves working on a variety of projects related to infrastructure development and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage water and sanitary sewer systems projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering solutions, with a focus on water and sewer systems.
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project design and documentation.
Collaborate with project teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. (Any State)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water and sanitary sewer systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Additional Requirements:
Must have or be able to obtain a Tier 3 Secret Clearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
