Actalent Project Architect in Honolulu, Hawaii
Actalent is in search of a Project Architect who has experience with Hawaii Municipalities and/or DoD entities. We are partnering with a top tier multidisciplinary firm to find an individual who is looking to join their architecture group.
Job Summary / Responsibilities:
Perform basic architectural/engineering calculations.
Prepare specifications, reports, and data tables.
Liaise with design and drafting groups.
Prepare, review, and approve drawings.
Independently perform advanced technical assignments within schedules and budgets under the Supervising Architect's direction.
Coordinate technical and administrative activities with other disciplines and departments on assigned projects.
Assist in training and evaluating architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Review and approve conceptual designs.
Develop new architectural methods and techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of related experience or equivalent experience/education.
Professional Architecture License. (Preferred, not required)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
Master of Architecture/Licensure preferred.
Professional Hawaii Architecture license.
Knowledge of Federal and DoD project requirements.
Understanding of State of Hawaii and City and County of Honolulu project requirements.
Strong design development and construction document experience.
Excellent time management skills.
