Job Title: R&D Technician
Job Description
Join our dedicated team as an R&D Technician, where you will be responsible for completing manufacturing work orders within set specifications and scheduled timelines. You will support various quality events, including Lean & Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and more. Your role will involve reviewing assembly project work orders, ensuring all parts of the Bill of Materials (BOM) are present before commencement, and working from provided prints for all assembly and testing tasks. Additionally, you will test units to locate defects, measure performance, and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with the Manufacturing Controller on new work orders and BOM requirements, and work closely with engineering groups in Assembly, R&D, and Production. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high quality and efficiency our clients expect.

This is a fully on-site position in Hopewell Junction, New York.
Work Environment
Located in Hopewell Junction, NY, our manufacturing facility is clean, bright, and safe, providing a team-oriented setting. The company is stable and continuously growing, with a family-operated atmosphere. The standard shift is from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
