Job Description
The Chemist will work closely with the technical team to design experiments, develop paint and coating formulations, and test them according to standard protocols. Responsibilities include collecting and reporting data, ensuring experiments are conducted accurately, and adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies. The role requires operating independently and with guidance, developing a thorough knowledge of coating raw materials, and understanding market trends. The Chemist will also mentor junior staff, maintain records, prepare presentations, and participate in safety inspections.
