Job Title: Estimator
Job Description
We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Estimator. The primary focus of this position is on producing quality, detailed estimates from proven processes, systems, standards, and guidelines. This role also involves establishing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, design and engineering consultants, and other project stakeholders. You will be expected to consistently deliver error-free work. Hard Skills
5+ years of experience as an Estimator at a General Contractor
5+ years of experience in New Commercial Construction
Experience in producing detailed estimates
Ability to maintain relationships with subcontractors, design and engineering consultants
Soft Skills

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in either Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tallahassee, or Orlando.
