Job Title: SUE Manager

Job Description

As a SUE Manager, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with both company quality standards and client expectations. This role involves participation in planning, implementing systems for operational efficiency, and managing proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts. You will also be required to sign and seal relevant documents as needed. Establishing work plans and staffing for projects, engaging in business development, and maintaining strong client relationships are key components of this role. Additionally, you will develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, interface with sub-consultants, provide support to other operational units, and manage financial reports including AR/WIP and billing cycles. The position also entails representing company interests at meetings and trade shows, and performing other tasks to support the company's strategic goals.

Qualifiers

• 5+ years of Subsurface Utility Engineering related work experience in a professional or management capacity

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline/and or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated experience in project/phase management for large scale projects

• Strong proficiency with or understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, Micro Station, Geopack, MS Office Suite
