Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to monitor and improve production assembly processes, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and our Quality Management System. The role involves participating in production meetings to drive continuous improvement, establishing inspection plans, providing engineering assistance, writing work instructions, and conducting quality audits with detailed reporting. The position requires collaboration with engineers, manufacturing personnel, management, and U.S. Government representatives.
Hard Skills
5+ years’ experience in a relevant field
Defense industry experience (Aerospace & Automotive acceptable with 15+ years’ experience)
Experience processing AAIE's
First article inspections
Control plans & FMEA
Experience with Minitab (preferred)
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills
Organizational skills
