Travel: mileage reimbursement for mob/de-mob approx 90% GSA max for per diem x 7 days No set home rotations. Will depend on project schedule. 3 separate projects: #1-Buckeye, AZ Scope: Conditioning Walmart distribution centers. Adding multiple HVAC units Heavy Mechanical/new mechanical systems Start date: June 2024-August 2025 3 weeks of PTO 6 main HOL Pay is $55-$65/hr 45ish hours/week Qualifications: -OSHA 10 -Procore or CM software experience -Mechanical system construction experience ($1-$30 million) -5+ years of superintendent experience #2-South Shore: Sun City, FL HCA Hospital Major mechanical upgrades 4 subs on site (mechanical and electrical)-UNION Rooftop handler Screen Wall Structural reinforcement Demo/duct work Needs to watch subs so they do not "scope creep" Only person on site for HBS Schedule- equipment arrive in August Start late May-end January 17th 5 10's 90% GSA Qualifications: -OSHA 10 -Procore or CM software experience -Mechanical system construction experience ($1-$30 million) -Healthcare experience highly preferred -5+ years of superintendent experience #3-Eastern Idaho HCA hospital Elevator replacements/modernization Elevator sub on site will act as owner rep S controllers Hoist/modernization-fire alarm, electrical, smoke door Barricades in lobby Schedule: late June start Will last 60 weeks 40-50 hours 90% of GSA max Qualifications: -OSHA 10 -Procore or CM software experience -Elevator experience highly preferred (managing elevator sub) -Healthcare experience highly preferred -5+ years of superintendent experience Description: Develops a schedule and cost-effective plan for completion of an assigned project. Collaborates with other staff to create preconstruction estimates and budgets for materials and labor. Coordinates and schedules the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating to and via project foreperson to deliver instructions and project assignments as appropriate. Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness; prepares and provides progress reports to owners and architects; makes recommendations for necessary modifications. Collaborates with architect, engineer, attorney, and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure specifications, zoning requirements, and other regulations are met. Ensures specifications and regulations outlined in architectural and engineering plans are followed. Obtains required permits and licenses; executes construction contracts according to terms of agreement. Monitors budget throughout the project and communicates variances as they occur. Maintains records related to costs and inventory. Addresses any safety violations or other deficiencies. Collaborates with union representatives to answer questions and clarify procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
