Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with a focus on K-12 projects. The role involves designing and documenting architectural drawings using Revit. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for architecture and a desire to lead a team in a creative and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop contract documents.

  • Perform construction administration.

  • Facilitate meetings with clients, project staff, and consultant coordination.

Essential Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in architecture.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe, and MS Office.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

  • Experience in construction documentation and schematic design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect preferred.

  • Experience working on K-12 projects.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is highly collaborative and creative, with a focus on architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, civil engineering, and structural engineering.
