As an Electrical Engineer, you will lead cross-disciplinary design teams, managing projects to meet client expectations and code requirements. You will contribute to the design team with your expertise in electrical engineering, coordinate all design activities, interface with key cross-functional groups such as QC, and report on project status. Your role will involve leading the conceptual and schematic design phases of projects, ensuring the foundation of the designs meets all requirements.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lexington, Kentucky and some days remote.
Work Environment
The position involves travel, with senior level candidates traveling monthly and junior level candidates traveling 5-6 times a year. The role is based in either Louisville, Lexington, Atlanta, or a surrounding city, requiring a home office setup. Work schedule includes in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Wednesday and Friday. The work setting is a large corporate office that fosters a collaborative environment.
