Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description

Seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction-related responsibilities on projects, providing critical information to Clients, Project Engineers, and municipal officials. This role involves planning and design of new residential, commercial, and business park properties, as well as collaboration with local municipalities on streetscape developments and infrastructure rehabilitation. Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineers on contract documents, running preconstruction and weekly construction meetings, performing site visits, preparing budget analyses, bidding documents, pay requests, and ensuring quality control checks.

Work Environment

The company has a stable customer base and a small team of about 23 people, promoting a collaborative atmosphere without micromanagement. Work hours include flexibility with an option for 5-8 hour workdays, and the dress code is casual. The work is predominantly local, servicing private residential and commercial developers.
