Actalent Entry Level CAD Drafter in Mansfield, Massachusetts
CAD Drafters are responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for a variety of engineering and construction projects. They work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate, complete, and meet customer requirements.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience or a strong interest in using CAD software, and a desire to work in a drafting role long term. They should also be open to learning new software and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A go-getter attitude and hunger to work are also important qualities for this role.
CAD Drafters will receive 100% on-the-job training for the first 1-2 weeks.
The essential skills required for this role include proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD, Microstation, Solidworks, Revit, Electrical, Mechanical, and drafting. If you have these skills and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in drafting, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Qualifications:
Associates degree, High School Diploma or certificate in CAD
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS
