Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Lab Scientist III who will be responsible for assessing the acceptability of specimens for testing based on established criteria. The successful candidate will perform routine and complex technical procedures following departmental Standard Operating Procedures. This role involves monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting instrumentation to ensure proper functionality, making technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving, preparing, testing, and evaluating new reagents or controls, and reporting accurate and timely test results to deliver quality patient care. Additionally, the role includes performing and documenting preventive maintenance and quality control procedures, identifying and replenishing testing bench supplies, and assisting with the processing of specimens as necessary.

This is a fully on-site position in McMinnville, Tennessee.
Work Environment
Variable shift: May be Day 6AM-6PM with possibility to work some 6pm-6am. Training schedule will be day shift M-F 8 hour shift. Schedules are usually provided a month in advance. Location: McMinnville TN. Compensation for MLT ranges from $22-$30, and for MLS/MT ranges from $28-$36
