Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in interfacing with suppliers and production teams to ensure the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing quality plans, conducting process audits, and identifying improvement areas. You will coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing teams on supplier quality issues, oversee the supplier Material Review Board (MRB) and corrective action processes, and maintain quality metrics. Additionally, you will assist in preparing sampling plans, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), control plans, and develop test methods and procedures. You will also conduct and oversee product testing throughout development and production, provide training to Quality Technicians, maintain meticulous test records, perform detailed data analysis, prepare comprehensive reports, and support customer-specific requests such as testing and providing product certifications.
