Job Title: Intake Nurse
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Intake Nurse to join our OB clinic team. In this vital role, you will provide essential patient education, triage, and case management services. You will manage patient medical records, facilitate referrals to social services and available programs, and work closely with interpretive services to care for a diverse patient population. Additionally, you will handle patient care equipment and manage computerized information systems.
