Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Architect or Job Captain to manage K12 school projects. This role involves both office work and some field time, representing the school district to ensure quality in design and construction. The Project Architect will oversee the project from conception to completion, adhering to the design as detailed in Revit-drafted drawings. The position involves collaboration with a team, including production support and a job captain, to deliver outstanding architectural solutions for remodels, additions, and new building projects.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Master of Architecture

  • 10-20 years of professional architecture experience

  • Proficiency in creating a complete set of commercial architecture drawings

  • Proficiency with Revit software

  • Experience with K12 school projects

Soft Skills

  • Ability to manage and lead a project team

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with general contractors and subcontractors

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Collaborative team of three to four members per project in a business casual office environment. The role includes field work to conduct meetings with general contractors and subcontractors for ongoing construction projects.
