Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Quality Technician for a full-time position, working 2nd Shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime. The role involves conducting standardized tests on intermediate and finished food products to ensure compliance with standards and regulations related to size, color, and flavor. Responsibilities include checking the metal detector for proper operation, gathering samples from raw materials and finished products, preparing samples for laboratory analysis, examining and approving product labels, placing products on hold for investigation, and completing daily paperwork. Candidates must have no food allergies as the role entails flavor analysis of products containing common allergens such as wheat, milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.

A fast-paced food manufacturing environment at the Calhoun Road Plant, specializing in liquid-based products like chocolate sauce and eggnog. The environment can be warmer.

Additional Pay: 2nd Shift offers a $3.00 Shift premium
