Job Description:

• Facade, Roofing, Building, and Restoration inspections for projects throughout the five boroughs and occasional travel to Long Island

• Performing condition assessments, scaffolding duties, investigations, field testing, and construction observation

• FISP responsibilities for buildings of at least 6 stories

• Work with the team of Engineers conducting investigations, analysis of field data, structural analysis, design repair alternatives, and maintenance solutions for plazas, building envelopes, roofs, and other types of built structures

• Technical design, detailing, calculations and specification of structural repairs and new structural design on restoration projects

• Technical reports, field reports, and other collaboration with clients and the design team

• Working with the Professional Engineer on analysis of field data, structural analysis, AutoCAD drafting's and detailing, and developing repair alternatives

• Train and develop under Professional Engineers learning the design and inspection of parking structures and garages
