Clinical Review RN - Odessa
Job Description
Seeking both a full-time and PRN RN in Odessa (transplant & infusion) to plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and promote the continuity of care consistent with established standards and practices. Responsibilities include assessing health status through interviews, recording nursing assessments and interventions, and providing psychosocial support to patients and families. The role requires maintaining patient confidentiality, facilitating clinical operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, and managing communications and service coordination related to patient care.
Hard Skills
RN state license and current registration with state board of nursing
BLS certification
Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
Experience with EMR systems, preferably Athena
Skilled in collecting and recording nursing assessments
Ability to review and report health status assessments
Proficient in triage, treatment, and consultation appointment scheduling
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Odessa, Texas.
Very fast-paced clinic setting with high patient loads. The role involves working with two other newer RNs under a doctor, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. No weekend work is required. The position involves a mix of standing and sitting throughout the day while managing adult patient
