Job Title: Clinical Research Manager

Job Description

The Clinical Research Supervisor oversees the conduct of industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials in accordance with trial protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines. This role entails functioning as a clinical study coordinator when necessary and involves training, mentoring, and developing the clinical study coordinators and research staff. The supervisor works closely with managers and leaders to facilitate the initiation through completion of clinical research studies in assigned areas, provides day-to-day supervision, and conducts ongoing performance reviews of clinical research staff at the department level. Key responsibilities include supervising clinical research team activities, ensuring quality and safety of clinical operations, and collaborating with various internal and external partners to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Certification: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) (per the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) or Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) is a requirement for the role.
