Job Opportunity: QC Microbiologist

Are you passionate about microbiology and quality control? Join our dynamic team as a QC Microbiologist and contribute to ensuring the safety and efficacy of our products. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

 Responsibilities:

  • Microbial Monitoring: Conduct routine environmental monitoring in our state-of-the-art aseptic manufacturing facility. Your attention to detail will help maintain the highest standards.

  • Clean Utilities Testing: Sample and test compressed air, Nitrogen, WFI/DIW, and Clean Steam. Your work directly impacts product quality.

  • Microbiological Testing: Perform Bioburden, Endotoxin, Total Plate Count, Coliform, Bacteriostatic & Fungi stasis (B&F), and Biological Indicator testing. Your expertise ensures compliance.

  • Method Development: Be the driving force behind developing innovative microbiological methods. Author protocols, execute tests, and troubleshoot findings.

  • CAPA Implementation: Investigate deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Your analytical skills make a difference.

  • Sterility Isolator Operation: Maintain and operate our Sterility Isolator. Your precision matters.

  • Document Management: Coordinate samples, peer reviews, and QC documents. Your organizational skills keep things running smoothly.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Share your knowledge in fields like BET, Bioburden Testing, AET, Microbial Identification, Sterility Testing, and LIMS.

  • Flexibility: Embrace a flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, health sciences, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a QC Micro Analyst.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (cGMP, USP, EU, JP, and ISO).

  • You’ll stand on your feet for up to four hours, ensuring quality.
