Safety Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our team in Arizona, focusing on supporting the scope of work at a major industrial site. This role involves effective communication with various stakeholders including project owners, insurance carriers, and trade partners. The Safety Manager will enhance the safety culture, assist in project safety start-up, manage safety budgets, oversee documentation, and lead safety training and audits. This position also includes participating in quality control/safety processes, focusing on high-risk activities, and developing safety programs.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of safety management experience

  • Commercial construction experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
