Job Title: Survey Party Chief

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Survey Party Chief to join our team at our design firm. We are a collaborative design firm comprised of civil engineers, hydrologists, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors. Our diverse work portfolio includes master planned communities, urban infill development, high-end retail, hospitality and resort development, and public parks. In this role, you will oversee fieldwork and manage crew members for technical survey services. This includes Construction Staking, Boundary, ALTA, and Topo. This full-time role provides an excellent opportunity for technical surveyors to gain more experience and work on notable projects.

Hard Skills

  • 5-10 years' experience in technical survey services

  • Experience in Construction Staking, Boundary, ALTA, and Topo

  • Must have Arizona experience

Soft Skills

  • Leadership

  • Clear communication

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • One-on-one mentoring

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.
