Job Title: Segmentation Technician
Job Description
Join us as a Segmentation Technician where you will be an integral part of our Pre-Operative Plans production team. Your main responsibility will be to generate high-quality pre-operative plans to meet departmental targets. Your tasks will include creating cases using our proprietary case management system, reviewing CT Scans for conformity to our surgical protocol, segmenting CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models, and creating pre-operative surgical plans using the digital bone models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement. You will also be in charge of reviewing CT segmentations and surgical plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning. Moreover, you will upload completed pre-plans to field-based personnel and document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures. It is critical that you follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Portage, Michigan.
Work Environment
This is a full-time role with a 1st shift working schedule from 7am-3:30PM, Monday through Friday, with voluntary overtime up to 10 hours. The role is based in our office, offering a relatively quiet atmosphere and a business casual dress code.
